THE IDEA

A childhood crossover. Rebuilt byte by byte.

What if Street Fighter II Turbo had a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles roster? A SNES fan project that reaches far beyond a sprite swap: fighters, portraits, stages, voices, and animated endings, with the game still running underneath.

SNES · Python · Graphics · BRR audio

01

A world inside the cartridge

Fourteen TMNT identities across the project, including the four turtles, April, Casey, Splinter, and their enemies.

02

The little things are the work

Character names, selection portraits, victory poses, stage scrolling, voices, burn effects, and ending sequences all need to agree.

03

Built to be reproduced

Guarded patching tools and native emulator checks verify the result. The public package distributes patches and documentation, not a game ROM.

WHERE IT STANDS

Where the work is today.

The v29 patch and project documentation are published. Selected attack and victory voices are implemented; some shared short grunts remain stock, and turtle idle polish is still open.

This voice showcase is captured from the running v29 game with synchronized native audio. Demonstrations use controller and health fixtures; they are not a competitive playthrough. Unofficial fan project; not affiliated with Capcom or the owners of TMNT.
